$4.99/month or $49.99/year, flat per household, unlimited members. Free 2 weeks trial, no card. Robin and sync are included, with a fair-use limit on Robin. No ads.
Try everything: calendar, sync, chores, meds, meals, pantry, alerts, Robin. No card required.
For a family of four, that's about $1 per person each month. The whole household costs less than one coffee a month.
One flat bill for the whole household, unlimited members. Robin, calendar sync, and every other feature are part of the plan. No tiers, no upsells, no ads. Robin has a fair-use limit of 30 questions per household per day, which almost nobody reaches. Or pay $49.99/year and get two months free.
No ads. We never sell your data. We never train AI on it. Export your calendar anytime. Cancel in two clicks.

Start a household and you get full access to everything for 2 weeks, no card required, so nothing can auto-charge. After day 14 we'll ask for a payment method. If you'd rather not continue, nothing is deleted: your household becomes read-only, you can still see everything, and you can export your calendar as a standard ICS file anytime.
One flat bill per household: $4.99/month or $49.99/year (the annual plan saves you nearly $10, two months free). That covers unlimited members. There are no per-seat charges and no add-ons. Prices are set in US dollars. On our website that is the whole price: any sales tax or VAT is already included, not added at checkout, and depending on where you live, checkout may offer you the price in your own currency, converted at a rate that includes a markup, or you can pay in US dollars.
Everything, for unlimited household members. Robin, calendar sync, chores, meds, meals/recipe import, pantry, alerts, kiosk mode. Every feature, no tiers, no ads. The one usage limit anywhere in NestBoard is on Robin, and it is spelled out in the next answer.
Two, and they are the same on the trial and on the paid plan. Robin answers up to 30 questions per household per day, and that count resets at midnight in your household's timezone. There is also a monthly ceiling on what a household's Robin answers cost us to run, currently $1.50, which is a few hundred ordinary questions and resets on the 1st. Almost no household reaches either one. If you do, Robin tells you which limit it was and when it lifts, and nothing else stops: your calendar, chores, meals, lists and alerts carry on as normal. If your household genuinely needs more Robin than that, email hub@mynestboard.com and we will raise your ceiling rather than sell you a bigger plan.
No. The price is flat per household whether you have 2 members or 12. Add or remove people anytime, and your bill doesn't change.
You pick monthly ($4.99/mo) or annual ($49.99/yr) at checkout. If you subscribed on our website and pay monthly, you can move to annual yourself: in Settings, open Subscription & Billing, then Manage subscription, then Update plan. Going from annual to monthly isn't offered there, so if you want that, email hub@mynestboard.com. On iPhone and iPad, Apple lets you switch in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Annual saves you nearly $10 a year, two months free.
Cards, with Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device offers them, on a checkout run by Stripe, where your subscription is sold through Link. Depending on where you are, it may offer another way to pay as well, such as Cash App Pay in the US.
Within 30 days of your first paid charge, email us and we'll refund the most recent charge, no questions. After 30 days you can cancel any time and we won't bill the next cycle, but the current cycle isn't prorated. See the refund policy for the full version.
2 weeks, every feature, no card. Cancel anytime if you decide it's not for you.
